Hawai‘i Workplace Wellness & Quality of Life Survey

The 2026 Hawai‘i Quality of Life Survey is now LIVE!

Share Your Voice, Shape Hawaii’s Future

In partnership with the Health Policy Initiative at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, we’re conducting the Hawai‘i Quality of Life Survey again to update the data and strengthen the decisions that matter most to you, whether in your community, workplace, or for state-level efforts. By sharing your experiences, you will help improve the well-being of Hawai‘i’s people today and for future generations. This anonymous, 10-20 minute survey is open to Hawaiʻi residents 18+ years old.

Broad participation is key to ensuring the survey reflects the diverse experiences of communities across Hawai‘i so please share far and wide.
